Working with catalogs that contain thousands of products can quickly become complex.

Product Sets help cut through that complexity by offering a structured way to organize catalogs across one or multiple merchants.

Break Product Sets Into Manageable Groups

Instead of trying to work with one massive Product Set, start breaking it down into smaller groups.

You might create a set for each major category, such as “Women’s Shoes,” “Kitchen Appliances,” or “Fitness Equipment.”

This makes it much easier to manage the data and to build more specific collections.

Use Filters to Segment by Merchant or Brand

Filters give you the ability to narrow large catalogs into meaningful slices.

For example, you can take a catalog with thousands of kitchen filters and use filters to segment smaller sets for brands like Cuisinart, LG, or Ninja.

From there, you can build content around each group without digging through the entire catalog again.

Create Specialized Sets for Campaigns

Once you have the basics organized, you can further refine for specialized Product Sets.

For instance, products under a certain Final Price.

Keep Track with Internal Organization

Product Sets also help with internal organization.

By naming sets clearly and tagging them by season, campaign, or merchant, you build a library of resources you can return to again and again.
