If you purchase a Datafeedr membership, you're legally obligated to the terms and conditions listed below. You should NOT join Datafeedr if you have any problem with the terms and conditions as stated below.
You are allowed...
- to build stores for your PERSONAL use only.
- to build only the number of stores corresponding with the subscription plan you joined (more info).
- 1 store - $27 subscription
- 5 stores - $47 subscription
- 10 stores - $67 subscription
- Unlimited stores - $97 subscription
- to upgrade at any time to a higher subscription plan.
- to downgrade at any time to a lower subscription plan.
- to install each store on only one domain or subdomain.
- to customize your store to your own needs.
- to keep the store if your membership expires or is cancelled.
You are NOT allowed...
- to install the Datafeedr plugin on more domains, sub-domains or sub-folders than your account allows. (For example, if you have a 1 store plan, you may only install the Datafeedr plugin on 1 domain, sub-domain or sub-folder.)
- to give away or sell Datafeedr store plugins, widgets and/or datafeed files.
- to build stores with the purpose to resell them on auction sites like eBay or other places where sites are sold. This includes any Datafeedr store plugins, widgets and datafeed files and everything else that you receive from Datafeedr.
- to include stores in a membership site. This includes any Datafeedr store plugins, widgets and datafeed files and everything else that you receive from Datafeedr. Niche-content-stores.com is the only service that has exclusive rights for selling Datafeedr stores.
Be smart, keep the stuff you download to yourself. Any violation of one or more of the above terms will lead to an immediate termination of your Datafeedr account.
These terms are subject to change at anytime and without warning. If we do change this page, then you're bound by those changes, too, whenever you visit our site.
