What information does Datafeedr collect?

When you order products or services as a Datafeedr customer, sign up as a Datafeedr affiliate, sign up for our newsletter or submit a helpdesk ticket in order to provide the services to you, we collect the following Personal Information from you:

If you’re a Datafeedr customer you can review the Personal Information we hold about you by logging into your Datafeedr account. If you’re a Datafeedr affiliate you can review the Personal Information we hold about you by logging into your Affiliate Account. Once logged in, you can view and make changes to most of your Personal Information immediately. If you’re a newsletter subscriber you can “opt out” and change your profile information at any time by following the instructions available in each email you receive from us. For security purposes, certain Personal Information can only be changed by contacting support. We will respond to your request promptly within a reasonable timeframe.

Data Security

We use reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Information.
