Version 1.5.17 Released (recommended upgrade)

We've released 1.5.17 today. This is a recommended upgrade for everyone as it fixes an issue related to SEO and canonical links. This upgrade deals with the following issues:

• Changed path to upgrade script to prevent "The plugin generated xxxx characters of unexpected output..." error.
• Changed URLs that handled deleting of products, attributes, categories and referrers. Removed "http" from request which was resulting in 404s on HostGator.
• Fixed canonical links. All stores pages were linked to store home. Now they have appropriate canonical markup.
• Fixed bug related to manually added products not recording click-throughs.
