We're having an open, free form webinar where you can ask your store set up questions to me (Eric). Anything related to store set up, store building, store customizations and other aspects of store creation.

Happy Easter, folks!

Sounds like a great opportunity, ta. Having participated in both formats, I was wondering if it's spoken questions or type-based?

For Aussies in Queensland = Friday, 13 April 2012 at 4.00am 5:00am AEST (UTC+10 hours)

It's both. If you call in you can ask your questions. Otherwise, you can type them in.

Because the webinar is technical in nature, it's probably easier to call in as writing technical questions can take a while.

You're not kidding there, Eric. That relates to forums too, you know. As a real-world salesperson, I've found it frustrating to say the least that I can't have a quick chat more often to sort things out.
