We need to do some unscheduled maintenance on the server. It will be down for about 1 hour. I will update this thread when the Factory is back online.

It seems our server has crashed (or is unresponsive). We are actively dealing with our host to resolve this issue. It might be a few more hours before we can either reformat the drive or replace it and copy our backups over to the reformatted/new server.

The Factory is now back online but we had to modify our DNS records in order to get it back online. Because of this, you might receive a 404 when trying to reach the Factory until the nameserver has resolved. This could take a few hours depending on where you live.
Due to these issues, Google Affiliate Network merchants will be unavailable for about 24 hours. If you promote products from merchants that belong to the Google Affiliate Network, it's best to not modify or download your stores until this issue has been fixed. This thread will be updated when the GAN merchants have been added back into the Factory.

Have lost a feed on datafeedr and the site is a blank page, are they connected?

We've actually just restored a couple of minutes ago. Can you check again? Also, if the feed was created in the past 24 hours, it might be lost. I will post more about that in a minute.

It was created in the last two weeks and the site it was using, the page has gone blank but I can't see how they're connected.

Do you mean your actual website is blank? If so, please post a thread in the forum as this is not related to the Factory being offline.

Here's a quick update on this situation. While the DNS redirect worked for some, it did not seem to propagate for most users. Therefore, many members were presented with a 404 page. We've removed the DNS redirect so now you should be able to get into the Factory again.
Additionally, we had to restore from a backup file. For the most part, you should not notice any loss of data. If you have made changes to your store in the past 24 hours, you may have noticed those changes have been overwritten by the restore. There seem to still be a few issues with some stores and we are still looking into those problems. We will keep this thread updated as we go. Sorry for any inconvenience this downtime may have caused. Eric

We have to take the Factory offline again to fix a missing store issue. We hope to have the factory back online in about 2 hours.

Hi there - being on UK times means I might be working when you guys are trying to fix stuff - just my luck that its my very first attempt at shop building and I'm concentrating hard

We managed to solve the last issue about some missing stores. The Factory should be accessible again for everyone.
As Eric already mentioned... for the most part, you should not notice any loss of data. Only if you have made changes to your store(s) in the past 24 hours, you may have noticed those changes have been overwritten by the restore. Should you still experience any problems whether it be access problems or missing stores or anything else feel free to post your problem in this thread. Once again our apologies for any inconvenience this downtime may have caused. |

Yes the site datafeedr is on is blank and the same shop is missing in the factory, all other sites on the server are live except the one datafeedr was on. I too can't see it being connected but it is strange. englandshirts.co.uk

just have done and had a refresh, but the message is still displayed.
