Hi,

Today, during a re-index of some of the database tables, something went very wrong.

We have fixed everything but we still need to rebuild the database that contains the products. We hope to have that rebuild finished within an hour.

First of all, apologies for any inconvenience the outage might have caused!

We have got everything back online and things seem to be functioning as they were. We had to re-install MySQL and repair all of the database tables which caused us to be offline a lot longer than expected.

I've tested 'The Factory' and things are working as they should and all feedlist information and product lists were saved. (Just so you know, we had backups of everything in case they hadn't been saved.)

If you do notice any quirks or problems, please post them in the forums or send me a PM.
