Affiliate Agreement

By filling out the Affiliate signup form you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them. You are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website and to receive a commission on services purchased by people referred by your affiliate link.

Website Restrictions

Participating website(s) may not:

1) Infringe on our or any other person's or entity's intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights.

2) Violate any law, rule or regulation.

3) Contain any content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors, or contains nudity, pornography or sexually explicit materials.

4) Contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.

5) Resemble, or mirror the look and feel of our website. Affiliates will also not use any means to create the impression that their website is our website or any part of our website including, without limitation, framing of our website in any manner.

6) Contain the term "datafeedr" as part of the main domain name or as a sub-domain.

Linking

Upon acceptance into the affiliate program, links will be made available to affiliates through the affiliate interface. Affiliates will only use the linking code obtained from the affiliate interface without manipulation. Cookie stuffing, false or misleading links are strictly prohibited.

Tracking

When visitors click through an affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains the affiliate ID. When a visitor decides to buy our service, the affiliate script will look for this cookie to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through an affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser. Cookies are set to expire after 1 year.

Affiliate Commission

Affiliates are paid a 35% recurring commisison. That means for every month that a referred Datafeedr member stays an active member affiliates are credited for the sale. Payments are sent the first of every month for approved transactions that have passed the refund period of 30 days. ALL Commissions will be paid via PAYPAL. We do NOT send checks or money orders. We do NOT pay commissions for orders affiliates make through their own affiliate link. Such commissions are removed without any notice.

PPC Guidelines

Affiliates who participate in PPC advertising, must adhere to our PPC guidelines as follows:

1) Affiliates may not bid on any of our terms such as Datafeedr, www.datafeedr.com, datafeedr.com, or any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content based PPC campaigns on Google, Bing, Yahoo or any other PPC network. This includes bidding on any of our terms in combination with any other keyword such as "datafeedr coupons", "datafeedr discounts", "datafeedr review", etc...

2) Affiliates may not use "datafeedr", or any combination of "Datafeedr" and other terms, in the ad title, ad copy, and display url. Affiliates may not link directly to our website from any PPC ad or use redirects that yield the same result. Visitors must be redirected to an actual page on the affiliate's website.

It's the affiliate's responsibility to exclude the term "datafeedr" from their PPC campaigns and we strongly suggest to add the term "datafeedr" as a negative keyword. We have a strict no tolerance policy on PPC domain name bidding. We will not enter a discussion about when the violation started and when it stopped; you will forfeit all commissions for a minimum of the past 30 days and your commission will be set to 0% without any warning.

Coupon Guidelines

Affiliates who promote coupon codes on their websites, must adhere to our coupon guidelines as follows:

1) Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are provided through the affiliate program.

2) Affiliates may NOT advertise coupon codes obtained from our non-affiliate advertising, customer e-mails, paid search, or any other campaigns.

3) On click through, affiliates must link directly to our website. Framing of our website is strictly prohibited.

4) Affiliates must NOT mislead visitors into clicking on an offer or coupon that does not exist or practice similarly deceptive tactics.

These include, but are not limited to

- Using knowingly expired offers or presenting offers that do not exist or are not affiliate offers.

- Making claims that a visitor must click on a link first to activate or receive an offer.

- Presenting a button that claims to show all offers that sets the affiliate cookie in the background.

- Technology that generates a click or sets the cookie from the action of copying a coupon code or though a pop under.

Liability

We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or services sold at our website. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

For any violation of this agreement, we reserve the absolute right to reverse orders, set your commission to 0% or suspend you from the program for the period or orders in question. We know that many violations are a result of automated processes, however it is incumbent upon each affiliate to ensure that they have the appropriate checks in place to pro-actively address these issues and adhere to our program rules.
